Celebrate Halloween high above London as we take over Circe’s Rooftop in Waterloo on Saturday 31st October for Halloween Above London. Running from 8pm–2am, moments from Waterloo Station, the rooftop will be transformed for a spectacular Halloween party with resident DJs, live musicians and 400 guests partying against the London skyline. Tickets start from £10 per person, with tables and private rooftop pods also available to book.

Circe’s will be transformed into a world of crimson skies, supernatural energy and after-dark glamour, bringing a darker edge to one of London’s most distinctive rooftop destinations.

Set high above the streets of Waterloo, the covered, all-weather rooftop offers panoramic views across the capital and a dramatic setting for a night that will run deep into the early hours.
